We adults spend a lot of time ridiculing Millennials and how they behave. But, maybe we adults are being bad examples for them. Case in point…a Colorado Little League game for 7 years olds where a vicious fight between parents broke out. It was all over a call by a 13 year old umpire. The fight took place on the field in front of the young players. What were these parents thinking? Every one of those kids now think the way to resolve issues is to beat the crap out of someone.
