These are two of my favorite versions of The Star Spangled Banner. They are two completely different versions but both beautiful and moving in their own way. Of course everyone remembers Whitney Houston’s 1991 Super Bowl performance that literally lifted up this great country in a time of military conflict. The other is an acapella version sung by members of the Gaither Family. It’s just as moving to me. GOD BLESS AMERICA.
