SEIZING THE MOMENT

Imagine you are skydiving. Then at about 9,000 feet you start having a seizure. You are free falling towards the Earth, unconscious, and the only way to survive the fall is to either wake up and pull your cord or have someone else pull it for you. That’s exactly the situation Christopher Jones found himself in recently. Jones, in the final stages of skydive training where he was jumping by himself, had just bailed out of the plane followed by his jump master who was video recording the jump for training purposes. At 9,000 feet the jump master noticed something was wrong with Christopher. Fortunately for Christopher his jump instructor was able to grab him and pull his parachute cord at about 4,000 feet. Chris regained consciousness at about 3,000 feet and was able to safely land. Watch the incredible video here.
