Today is a day to celebrate running. If you already run, great! If you don’t, today might be the day to start. Besides the health and physical benefits of running, it’s a great way to see your neighborhood and community.

Today is also National Repeat Day. It’s a day to repeat things over and over. National Repeat day sounds like an opportunity to be annoying to your co-workers, friends and family. So have some fun with it. So have some fun with it.
