GLEN CAMPBELL HAS DIED

I’ve always been a big fan of Glen Campbell. My family grew up watching the Glen Campbell Show every week on TV. We never missed an episode. Glen’s music, while mostly described as country, had a mass appeal and drew fans from outside the country music genre. Glen Campbell was also an accomplished guitarist and studio musician, although he didn’t flaunt his musical prowess. He made a successful move to Hollywood as well with acting roles in classic movies like “True Grit”. Check a video about the life of Glen Campbell plus some of my favorite songs from Glen, “Gentle On My Mind”, “Wichita Lineman” and “Yesterday, When I Was Young”.
