For some of us the holidays are a wonderful time of happiness and fun. But for others, the holidays can be a time of sadness and depression. If you’re struggling this holiday season remember, it’s okay if you’re not “jolly”. You don’t have to be happy all the time. Stop putting pressure on yourself to be “okay” for Thanksgiving or Christmas. However, there are some steps you can take to help you navigate through all the emotions that come along this time of the year.
