Last night’s address by President Trump is being called his greatest speech to date and one of the best addresses to Congress by a president. And, the best moment from his speech came when he honored fallen Navy Seal Ryan Owen and recognized his wife Corine. She was emotional and visibly moved by the standing ovation from members of the Senate and House.
