Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas” has been the most played Christmas song in stores for the last 20 years. We know…it’s hard for us to believe as well. But this year Mariah was knocked out of the top spot by a group called The Shins and their cover of Paul McCartney & Wings, “Wonderful Christmas Time”. We don’t care that Mariah is no longer the queen of Christmas songs. But, we do have a problem with the survey. We listened to The Shin’s version and came to the conclusion that it’s nowhere near as good as the original by the former Beatle. Listen to both version of “Wonderful Christmas Time”. Then tell us which version you like best. Or do you think Mariah is still the best.
