Congrats to Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton and his wife Anna on the birth of their new baby. Monday night Anna gave birth to an 8 pound 4 ounce boy named Gabriel. Mother and son are both doing fine. Check the first picture of Gabriel Cotton below.
