Orlando, FL – Contributed – USTA Coaching and WeCOACH have selected Sarah Millard and Anna Grigoreva of Jonesboro as two of 30 nationwide participants to take part in the initiative USTA Coaching Serving All: Aspiring Coaches powered by WeCOACH, one of the organizations’ shared efforts to create more pathways for women in tennis coaching.
The Aspiring Coaches powered by WeCOACH program is designed to support collegiate women tennis players entering the tennis coaching profession, and provide aspiring coaches with practical tools, reflective learning opportunities and ongoing professional support.

Arkansas State University graduate assistant Sarah Millard and student-athlete Anna Grigoreva are building on years of playing, coaching, and leadership experience as they pursue careers in collegiate tennis coaching.
Millard has coached beginner and high-performance players, including serving as a hitting coach in South Africa, while Grigoreva has played tennis for more than 15 years, previously coaching private lessons and competing in Tennis Europe and ITF tournaments across more than 25 countries. Together, they are passionate about helping the next generation of athletes build confidence, develop their skills and discover a lifelong love for the game.
As part of Serving All: Aspiring Coaches powered by WeCOACH, Millard and Grigoreva will participate in a five-session virtual program and attend a landmark in-person leadership event held at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, FL, designed to provide them with the education, support and professional network needed to confidently pursue a career in coaching and help shape the future of tennis.
In addition to the program, USTA Coaching will provide Millard and Grigoreva with a complimentary WeCOACH membership. The membership provides direct access to WeCOACH’s professional development platform and resources that support continuous learning and leadership development programming.
