Sun Belt Announces 2026-27 Men’s Basketball Conference Schedule

Jonesboro, AR – Contributed – The Sun Belt Conference announced the 18-game league schedule for the 2026-27 campaign this week.

Arkansas State’s slate, which features nine home and nine away contests, begins versus South Alabama (Dec. 16) and Georgia Southern (Dec. 19) inside First National Bank Arena. A-State completes the 2026 calendar year on Jan. 31 at James Madison and tips off 2027 with a Jan. 2 matchup at Marshall.

The Red Wolves host App State (Jan. 7) and Georgia State (Jan. 9) in consecutive games before traveling to Louisiana Tech on Jan. 14. The team returns to First National Bank Arena to face Southern Miss (Jan. 16) two days later, while a matchup at Old Dominion awaits on Jan. 23.

Louisiana travels to Jonesboro on Jan. 27 before a two-game road trip at Troy (Jan. 30) and South Alabama (Feb. 3). A-State welcomes ULM on Jan. 10 while Troy makes a return trip on Feb. 13.

The Scarlet and Black close the road docket at Louisiana (Feb. 17), ULM (Feb. 20) and Southern Miss (Feb. 24) before ending the regular season versus Louisiana Tech on Feb. 26.
