Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – May 8, 2024 – A Harrisburg man had a $100,000 bond set after a judge found probable cause to charge him with two felonies.

Tristin Ray Drum, 18, is accused of video-taping people in a bathroom in the Student Union at Arkansas State University. On April 29, a victim told ASU police that Drum video-taped the victim in the bathroom.

ASU police were familiar with Drum from a previous report on the same offense, according to a probable cause affidavit. Due to the previous incident, a search warrant for Drum’s residence was obtained.

Videos showed 34 people using the restroom.

Also located were 82 files of child sexual exploitation with victims as young as 1 year old.

District Judge Tommy Fowler charged Drum with 82 counts of distributing/possession/viewing matters depicting sexual conduct involving a child, a class C felony, and 35 counts of video voyeurism.

Drum’s next court date is June 28 in Craighead County Circuit Court.
