Circuit Court Judge Christ Thyer sentenced Li to 24 months of supervised probation. As per the plea agreement, Li will have to pay court costs and fees. She must also have no contact with the victims in the case, forfeit any weapon or digital device seized in connection with the case, and she is required to submit to DNA testing at her own expense.

Li was arrested in late June 2026 following a high-profile, multi-agency raid on her business, Tree Massage, located on Southwest Drive.

At her probable cause hearing following the raid, prosecutors revealed that one of the women found inside the business told investigators she had not seen daylight since June 11. Advocates from Hope Found NEA and the Family Crisis Center were brought on-site during the raid to assist the individuals found inside the parlor.

During that initial hearing, Li’s bond was set at $150,000. She was ordered to surrender her passport, wear a GPS ankle monitor upon release, and undergo pre-trial supervision with the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
