Glow-in-the-Dark Events for Teens Scheduled in Early June at Jonesboro Library

Jonesboro, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library has events set for early June exclusively for teens, with a glow-in-the-dark twist.

On Wednesday, June 3, the library will host a workshop in the TeenHub Makerspace, in which participants will make glow-in-the-dark beaded bracelets for the library’s upcoming Teen Dance, as well as sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge.

Supplies will be provided, and the event is free.

Then, on Friday, June 5, the library will host “Light Up the Night!” a glow-in-the-dark dance for teens from 7-9 p.m. in the Round Room. Teens aged 13-17 are invited for a night with music, food, a photo booth, and plenty of glow-in-the-dark fun.

Attendees should enter the Round Room’s after-hours entrance, located on the library’s Madison Street side. The dance is free, and no registration is required.
