Bono, Jonesboro, Paragould Kum & Go locations to begin rebranding

Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — July 24, 2025 — Kum & Go stores across Northeast Arkansas will start to take on their new name, “Maverik – Adventure’s First Stop,” as the company’s rebranding continues.

The rebranding, which began in late June at several Missouri locations, made its way to NEA with Arkansas Store #5125, located at 10144 U.S. Highway 63 in Bono. The rebranding is also occurring at stores across Iowa and Nebraska.

This store will close its doors as Kum & Go on July 25 at 6 p.m. It will then reopen as Maverik at 6 a.m. on July 29.

Several Jonesboro and Paragould locations will follow suit, with the remaining NEA locations expected to complete their rebranding by mid-August. They are listed below:

JRN reached out to local stores, but they declined to comment about the rebranding.

Maverik announced it completed the acquisition of Kum & Go and Solar Transport from Krause Group in a 2023 news release.

With more than 800 locations across 21 states, Maverik is a subsidiary of FJ Management, a Utah-based private holding company founded in 1968 by O. Jay Call. FJ Management Inc. ranks among the largest privately held companies in the United States. Maverik is known for its BonFire food.
