Arkansas state revenue offices now accepting appointments

Little Rock, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – March 4, 2025 – The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) Monday announced an online system that allows Arkansans to make an appointment for Revenue Office services.

By visiting mydmv.arkansas.gov, Arkansans can set a date and time to visit the Revenue Office for any service, from registering a vehicle to renewing a driver’s license. According to a DFA news release, Revenue Office employees will be ready to assist the customer at that time, eliminating any wait time.

Walking in will remain an option across all offices as an appointment is not a requirement.

Approximately half of DFA’s 134 Revenue Offices can immediately accept appointments. Remaining offices will be added throughout this year.

DFA launched a test of the system in December 2024 at several offices around the state. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with more than 7,000 appointments booked in the test phase.
